Flex Shot Rubber Adhesive Sealant Caulk, 8-oz, Clear

This stuff is amazing. Really easy to use and apply and has worked perfectly on any task I've used it for even things you wouldn't think caulking would fix. Seals Really well and adheres to multiple surfaces even brick. Have used inside and outside with no problems. Keep up the good work FLEX SEAL.

This rubberized caulk is a game changer for me. I have used this on our camper to seal a seam. I used it on our back deck to prevent rain from coming in. I just recently used it when putting up LED lights on my house. The lights are self adhesive with anchors (placed about 40" apart). When turning a corner or there is no contact between lights & siding I filled in with this clear caulk. NO caulking GUN required is awesome, great control, ease of use, will never use another kind of caulk again.

I've seen this advertised online and it looked like a good product but a little on the pricey side. I found this one slightly cheaper than normal so thought I'd try it. The idea of not having to use the caulking gun and the idea that this one seemed easier to apply was appealing to me. Today I used it to seal the bottom area around my bathtub. Well the product itself seemed to work fine but my issue is with how it came out of the canister. Maybe this was a bad can but the stuff started to come out the top sides while it was also coming out of the top valve, while I was applying it. The product seemed to be stickier/tackier than silicone that I've used, so be careful not to get on your fingers. I had to use a rubber glove to finish applying the product. I purchased 2 cans so I guess I'll see if the 2nd can is the same or maybe I just got a bad one. There is a small dent in the can I used but not sure if that would make any difference.

I have used the version of this that comes in can which worked great for large areas. I covered the entire bottom of a galvinized wash tub and it worked - that tub is now leak proof again. Wanted to try this for more directed repairs. It is wonderful and waterproof. I have repaired chairs. planters, shoes, grill covers, bird houses, bird feeders and more. Takes a couple of days to cure up but isn't tacky in the meantime. I use the clear version. If you follow the directions on storing it you will be able to use it multiple times without the tip hardening up and making it unusable. I love this stuff!!

I wanted to try the first bottle on cardboard before applying in shower. We have a very high end home and thought I better try product out before ruining shower. The first bottle starting splining out of control and would not stop for anything..... I tried to put the cap back on and thought that would work. I came back to find a big mess on the floor of the oozing product. I had to throw away the first bottle. The second bottle had no issues and is a great product and looks really well in shower. I paid for 2 bottles yet only one bottle worked. I hope I can get my money back for the defective bottle, thus my reason for 3 stars. I came back to this review !!!! The company refunded my money. So this is a great company- I had issued and they responded and resolved my issue.

Man, this stuff worked fantastic! I had a crack in the area of my washing machine where the dispenser went in and out, and it was leaking. I use this to seal the leak and have not had a problem since I am amazed and very grateful.

I am a complete DIYer, so someone who uses this product all the time may have a better take on it. I needed to run a bead of caulk around my black sink which is on a black countertop. I could not find much in the way of normal kitchen caulk in black, so I went for this. It has a much goopier texture than normal caulk, and the dispenser is not going to give you a nice line. It comes out in globs and there’s no way to keep the top from unthreading while you push it down, so if you were careful to cut an angled tip, you might find it spins around to the top as you’re using it. I taped everything off carefully, but still ended up having to do a whole lot of cleanup in order to get it to look smooth. Thankfully, it was black on black, so it was pretty forgiving. I suppose this product is mostly supposed to be used as an adhesive or to plug holes. In that regard, I think it would work well. As caulking, it gets the job done but not spectacularly.

Had some drafty windows in my room, used this to caulk around the edges and good bye subtle draft in the winter. Perfect product for the small project I had to do.
