Terrible experience zero accountability
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sound of Tri-state. Despite ordering from them, I never received my package. According to UPS tracking, the package was delivered, but it was never sent to the correct address. When I reached out for assistance or a refund, they flat out refused to help me. Their lack of accountability and refusal to make things right speaks volumes about their customer service. Avoid at all costs!
