Arrived quickly. In very good condition and all working so far. All leads and remote included.

Nothing to dislike so far. Box in very good condition and came with all necessary leads and remote.

Item was faulty, would stop when you pushed a button then you would push button again and again then it would do several at the same time and then would black out completely. It would happen even after a reset.

Replaced an existing Sky HD plus box that was on it's last legs - requiring planner rebuilds every other day (so hard drive was knackered). This was a great upgrade at an excellent price & easily swapped over with viewing card matched to new unit via SKY's online facility and we were up & running with all subscribed channels instantly.

I received to product with no remote control and no instructions on how to set it up. At the moment it looks like he product is faulty as wont turn on.

The delivery time was quicker than the estimated time, the box was easy to set up and I had it up and running in minutes very impressed.

I bought this box to replace the SKY Q box which lost the signal when ever it rained (drizzle was enough), where I lived or the signal upload centre. I gave this seller a low score because, when I received the Sky HD+ (Black shiny model), package it was missing the remote control. However I am happy to report that after contact acting them they acknowledge that it was a mistake on their part and duly despatched me the remote within twentyfour hours. The Sky HD+ box in all intense and purposes looks brand new, I was unable to find any wear marks, scratch marks or any indication that it was a recycled product. I would highly recommend this seller for anyone thinking of purchase.
