These inserts have completely changed things for me. Where, before, there was an unpleasant smell no matter what, there is now an absence of any smell at all. While you will need to keep a decent stock of these on hand, as they are not indestructible, you can still wear them for a reasonable amount of days: how many days you will be able to go depends on your usage which will cause a varying amount of wear and tear over time. All that to say: this is exactly what you need, and does what is says on the tin. Go for it!

These are the real deal. I have used them for years to prevent foot odor, including in my gym sneakers, and they really make a huge difference. They can also be amazing emergency saves for shoes with an odor problem, so I would recommend getting some pairs and keeping them in your luggage for emergency situations if they ever arise. You can cut them to size, they are comfortable - I forget they are there. Big fan.

I work in health care and on my feet all day. I'm embarrassed to say I don't wear socks with my sneakers. I bought these to help with foot odor and protected my feet from the bottom of the shoe. I change them once a month. They work great.

I was supposed to receive 3 packs with 3 pairs each, instead I only got 3 pairs only. Inaccurate description.

I travel a lot, walk a lot. At the end of the day, my feet and shoes would stink . This is the only product that has eliminated the smell in my shoes. They are not meant to be supportive at all. I typically change them out every 6 months, could be sooner or longer depending on the usage of the shoes. In my experience, they do a great job in keeping the odors away. I truly was amazed and have never used any other product in my shoes since.

These are not packed in individual pairs - they are all in on pack and it's not resealable.They almost paper thin and add zero in terms of cushion or comfort.They seem to be cut for very narrow shoes. I normally wear a 12 XXW (6E) shoe so I generally just throw insoles into the shoe without any trimming. These look like skunk stripes inside my shoe and seem to add a little discomfort around the edges where the don't reach the sides of the shoe. If you have narrow feet, you won't care.
