These are well made. Wish they came with the felt bottoms already attached, but it takes only 15 minutes and you are ready to go with some classy chess pieces.

Heavy, and solid pieces. Just wish the felt pads are wider or flush. Because the chess piece tend to fall easily if its not flush. Also, the queen and the rook they look the same. I just wish the queens a lil bit taller and have more a distinct look to it

I got these for my dad for Christmas to replace ones that got messed up a while ago. They matched his old board perfectly and he was really happy with them. The pawns are bigger than we expected but he actually likes them a lot more that way. No pieces were messed up or missing (they’re only missing in the picture because we had already took some out to look at them). They were also very well packaged for travel, when we opened it and saw the wrapping it made me very confident nothing got messed up in shipping process.

I got this set to replace the pieces for a crystal set I got some time ago as the pieces that came with that set where about half the size and very fragile and several of the pieces broke very easily. These pieces are nice and sturdy and go great with my board.

I ordered these for an old marble chess board that originally had Aztec pieces that I never really cared for and were eventually lost during a move. These Staunton style pieces with coral color are almost a perfect match for the old board and are beautiful too! I did end up making felt pads to replace the foam ones supplied but I knew about that going in. I like the feel of the felt... a personal preference.Shipping was fast and customer service was very quick to answer my questions and I'm very pleased with the purchase.
