Excellent product!
Excellent product, well made and easy to install in five minutes by myself. The Amazon delivery box was a little sketchy and arrived open, but the way they attached the hardware to the hitch everything stayed in place and nothing was missing and no scratches on the hitch. Highly recommend!

Awesome Hitch and Great Packaging
I was a little nervous after reading about shipping concerns. There were no problems here. The hitch receiver was shipped in a thick box and it arrived in perfect condition. I was out camping but the kind UPS delivery person even helped my elderly but fiesty Dad carry it in the house...Installation was quick and easy. I would estimate not even fifteen minutes of work - more like ten minutes - were required. It took me longer to run to the auto parts store to borrow a torque wrench. The hardware seems plenty strong. The nuts that were included have ridges to act like lock washers. All of the holes lined up tightly and accurately. It was so easy to install that I forgot to look at the directions! They were not even needed. This is a quality hitch receiver and the price was excellent. Curt is a great brand and Amazon has unbeatable prices. I simply couldn't be any happier!

bolts install from the top thru the spacers and nuts attach from bottom
Perfect fit no drilling - nice heavy duty hitch - would advise to clean rust from frame and give frame a spray rust proof paint

Mounting holes off
Mounting bolts are off by 1/4". I was able to get a pry bar and line up holes barely slightly damaging frame. 1997 chevy express 3500

Good fit for Chevy Express 3500 short bus
Haven't used it yet, so this review is just based on installation. Fit nicely on my Chevy Express 3500 short school bus. So if you are doing a skoolie conversion on a similar vehicle, this would be a good option for a hitch receiver! I installed it by myself (with some guidance from someone more experienced). I used a jack to hold it in place to mark the holes needed. Alas, none of the already-existing holes lined up...I had to drill all six, making sure to use a good 1/2 inch drill bit rated for metal. But I also used the jack for that, to apply pressure to the drill as it drilled up into the frame. Didn't require much muscle, just a bit of awkward maneuvering as I had to use my foot to leverage the jack while I held the drill in place. Used the jack again to line it back up and add the bolts, tightening to torque as per the instructions. Overall, it really wasn't hard, definitely a pain though. And worth it, because now I can add a bike or motorcycle rack, or tow a vehicle, whatever I need! Was very pleased that it fit nicely with my vehicle, as Amazon stated it would. I'll update if I encounter any issues with it in use, but I do not expect any issues. It's on there solid, and my guide on the project gave the thumb's up as well.
