Mixes well with my protein powder. Tasteless and no funny after taste. Very nice to use daily to keep things moving. too bad it's no longer available for the subscribe and save so I have to just buy it as needed.

I have tried so many fiber supplements and nothing worked...or it would work for a few days and then do nothing. This one not only works but it does not fill me up and the it is SO LOW on calories. Other fiber drinks were over 100 calories! Get this and make sure to be consistent and take it everyday! I drink it in a glass of water after my morning cup of coffee. Sometimes I mix my creatine powder in with it as well.

I had tried several other fiber products and this one seems to dissolve much better than most and is one of the least noticeable when in a liquid.Only thing is the spoon/scoop is tiny and tends to get a little bit caked on the handle part, which transfers a bit of product to my fingers. Besides that it’s pretty nice!

I am torn on how to rate this product, ideally I'd leave different rating in different areas. Overall, even with what I don't like, this gets a 4-star from me.I needed a fiber that was gluten free, corn free and dairy free. I wanted one that was not made of psyllium. I also preferred to not swallow another pill.This does NOT dissolve in lukewarm or cold fluids, even with brisk beating. Like others have said, it looks clumps up and becomes very unpleasant to swallow. I tried to do shots followed by a large glass of water, again, not great. Even in warm to hot water and using a frother it took a lot to get it to dissolve and I had to chug it, because even sitting for a minute or two to leisurely sip my drink was enough to let the fiber start to form chunks. This is where I'd want to knock it down rating wise normally.That said, you can sprinkle it over soft foods, and it is relatively tasteless. I've taken to adding it to oatmeal or a rice "breakfast" pudding I make. It doesn't clump up or change the taste. So I fix that and sprinkle it on right before I eat. Another "hot" cereal would work I suspect.The only thing I'd advise here is to make sure you drink the suggested 6-8 ounce glass of water WITH it.With other types of fiber or powders for constipation, I get awful stomach cramps, gas, and other ill side effects. With Renew Life's Clear Fiber, there have been none. That's why I can shrug off the inability to drink it in a cup of water or juice, and deal with having to find another way to get it down.I think it's worth a try, order the smaller container to start. Start with a smaller dose and let your body adjust.

This company makes a larger size container that looks just like this but the fiber products inside are VERY different. GET THIS ONE! When I purchased this product it was a white powder fiber. It dissolved perfectly in my water and had no taste! This product also did what it said it would!The larger size of what I though was this product cane with a brown powder that said it would be good in any drink, but it did NOT dissolve in anything I tried. It always had a ton of clumps whether it was a hot or cold beverage.BUY THIS EXACT PRODUCT for a white, tasteless, easily dissolving product that works!

I wanted this to work, especially after the pending suit against Miralax. It was recommended to me by another parent, and it came exactly when scheduled. I felt it mixed as well as I expected, even though others say it doesn't mix well. I put it in juice with a hand blender and a banana.The problem we have, which could be just us, but my son's behaviors got bad when using this. I had used it several days in a row, and he was acting like he had consumed dye. Took him off and he behaved well. I forgot why I quit using it, so added it back today, and remembered that it causes him to have tantrums and become overly sensitive to ANYthing and EVERYthing. His behaviors are not as bad as when he'd been on Miralax for years, but after stopping Miralax we found we had a really nice little boy again. Then, the acacia fiber, and suddenly difficult behaviors. This is the ONLY thing that is different in his diet--I regulate his diet completely and home school, so know when he gets something other than what we know is safe for him.Having said that, there are actual allergies to acacia--I looked it up. He doesn't seem to be suffering allergies, but a side-effect that is not listed anywhere I can find.If you had no issues with this product, then by all means continue it if it helps with severe constipation. I only posted to make others aware that it may affect your person/child/patient.

I am glad this doesn't have any additives. Nice and clean. I am drinking this before meals. However, I am not sure about the efficiency. The consistency of my number two is inconsistent. First part will be hard, the rest too soft, it feels like it's missing something. I have better poop without taking it at all. I need more fiber in my diet, so I wanted to supplement it, but I don't think I should struggle with it. However, I am still giving it 5 stars for being clean.
