I love these!
I have been using these aozita lids on my Ball jars for a couple years now, and I am SO glad I found them! i have purchased 3 8paks of the wide mouth and also have the regular mouth size from this brand. They come with a rubber or silicone gasket which pops out fairly easily for cleaning. You really want to consider these a 2-piece lid and remove the gasket every time you clean them. These lids are a little bulkier and uglier than the metal ring-style lids but they are way more convenient. They can be soaked in the sink, come off and go on easily, and are generally faster to use. Metal rings tend to rust and are awkward to use.I use mason jars for drinking glasses because I can cover them with these lids. I also use jars for short-term storage of some leftovers, liquids like juice or wassail, sauces and meal-prep toppings like cheeses olives and dressing. I keep spices in small jars but prefer the metal ring style lids for those unless they are frequently accessed, low-odor items like sugar, honey, and salt. These also go car-camping with me to carry just the right amount of liquid ingredients like milk, OJ, butter, etc. Not for backpacking. The silicon gaskets do retain odors and stain with acids like buffalo sauce and salsa, and I have managed to lose a few gaskets along the way, so order more than you need. At this price you won't regret it and they will open a new world of actually-leak-proof-containers. Glass is also easier to clean when it comes to oily and fatty contents.Anyway, I have been using these lids almost daily for a few years and can't recommend them enough. I debated buying these but now own half a cupboard full of them because I use them so much. If you don't already, you will want to get some 8 and 16 oz jars which are straight-sided and easy-to-clean.

Good but not great
Hard to get gaskets out.

As advertised, no surprises
I got these to put on homemade pickle jars. The vinegar and salt brine tend to rust the metal rings. These are a perfect fit for canning jars but they do not make a seal for storing on the shelf. I had not expected them to do so, so no points off for that.If you have a mason jar and need a lid, if you are using it to hold dry goods like pasta or rice or even paperclips, these guys seem like they'll hold up pretty well over time.

Work very well
I bought these for my pint jars that would be going into the freezer. I make homemade dog food and since I do not own a pressure canner I freeze it. The coloured lids make the dig food instantly recognizable. Clean well in the dishwasher

VERY tight hold
These come with an optional rubber gasket. Because I tend to find the gaskets hard to remove, I have a few color lids that I routinely use with the gasket, and most others I use without. For liquids (e.g. iced coffee) I'll use the gasket - for solids, I don't need it. I can throw these in my lunchbox and in my bag, and I've never had one leak on me. I will say, though, that when using the gasket, they are VERY hard to open! So much so that I will not use this container for my iced coffee unless I know that I'm going somewhere that I know I will have someone who can help me open it. I have seen very muscular 20-something men struggle to open it. So if you are planning to use the gasket and struggle with grip strength, I'd caution against this - but I'm not knocking any points for that because I'd rather have it be hard to open and leak proof than a top that spills in my bag.
