Good board for those who are in-experienced, and experienced alike.
Excellent board, POSTs pretty quickly, bios is fairly simple for those experienced in using computers.

Plug and play
Got this to pair with a new r7 5700x3d and it worked after installation without any bios updates.Easy to set up and one of the best value for am4 builds. Asrock has always been solid for me.

Solid AM4 motherboard
Had issues with posting using a riser cable because of PCIE gen set to auto, otherwise good motherboard, sufficient amount of USB ports

So far so good
Works great out of the box, using 5800x3d no problems. The only thing i dont like about it is the RGB leds on the MB are too strong and wont turn off when the PC is off / hibernate or sleed mode. You have to completely turn it off from the Bios / via Asrock sofrware

Actually have purchased nothing but Asrock Mobos for some years, never had an issue, this was my second purchase of a Steel Legend b550m, was looking for a build for myself, built 5 systems in last 6 months. Installed everything as normal, system would not boot, tried different Ram and CPU, still nothing, just to make sure I went to my local tech shop, and they confirmed my test, ram and cpu socket where defective. Had alittle bit of issue getting support, finally got to a tech/sale rep, they offered to replace the board, but with getting in contact and already disappointed, I went and purchased from another manufacture, they sent me a return label and offering a refund. We will see how this will be completed.
