I brought these having recently started a new diet, I have been suffering with very bad constipation and gas. I have tried other brands similar to these on the market currently and they have made no significate, however as this company advertise a high fibre content I didn't want to pass on the opportunity to try them. I'm very glad I did!These are the best fibre supplements I have ever used. After only just a few days I am a lot less gassy and bloated and my bowel habits have improved 10 fold already. I will defiantly be using these again.I also have to say when I say the size of the capsule (they are very big) I thought I was going to have trouble swallowing them as I do have trouble swallowing large tablets, I was wrong. The capsules were very easy to swallow indeed with one gulp of water. Brilliant product from Flawless for men.

I was a bit skeptical about these, especially when they arrived as the black bottle with a gold lid and the 'male' astrological symbol for mars on the front. Yes, it looked like I'd bought a tub of boner pills. I wouldn't feel comfortable putting the bottle on my desk at work, put it that way.However, in terms of efficacy these pills have a higher fibre content than others, and after taking them for just a couple of days the difference in "movement" was pronounced and welcome. I was surprised that these pills were so effective - movement was a lot easier and like other people have said actually do feel lighter and less bloated.Overall, can't fault the product itself other than the packaging. It even has a graphic of a bed on the back and a comment about 'being ready for action'. I'm sorry, I don't associate 'bed action' with going to the toilet for a number two.

A very good product indeed. In one week of using it I feel significantly less bloated, have experienced a more regular, healthier bowel routine and do feel 'cleaner' and lighter inside - most definitely less gas.The extra fibre content compared to similar products I have tried before does seem to help cleanse waste from the digestive system, and overall this is a product I can see myself using regularly!Increased my bowel movements in the first week, but this is expected apparently - what I also have found is feeling genuinely less hungry and seeing myself reach for less snacks during the day, probably the fibre or other ingredients but what a great feeling especially when working at home!A strong BUY from me :) And - no side effects, or tiredness after the initial boost... Winning.

Tried these for over 2 weeks now and was excited to feel any results. Packaging is fine and capsules are large to swallow but manageable. There certainly is an effect after taking them: I noticed increased stool bulk and a huge amount of wind. For the effort that is required (taking twice daily, drinking much more water, remembering to take twice daily) not sure these work well enough for me to justify them.

I got these for my dad, who suffers from diverticular disease, after his doctor recommended consuming soluble fibre might help his symptoms. Taking capsules is much easier for him than mixing tablespoons of powders into his food, and I was impressed by the high percentage of psyllium in this product, so thought they might be worth a try: I liked the fact that there were also other bowel friendly products in here too.The campuses are quite large, but he managed to swallow them OK with plenty of water (it's important to follow the instructions on this, as otherwise, not only do the capsules not have the same effect, they'll also leave you a bit bunged up, to put it politely!) - he took one in the morning, and one in the evening, each time with several glasses of water. In the first week, his stomach was still a bit touch and go (those who suffer from the disease will know that it's essential to avoid constipation, but that loose stools are also a serious and recurring issue) but by the end of the week, he experienced a considerable improvement. He's previously had issues with not feeling that his bowels were properly empty, and this has completely disappeared - and even better, his bowel movements are now regular, and consistent: anyone else who has struggled with the sudden need for a mad dash to the loo will appreciate the impact of this enormously. More positively, too, he's gone from having his whole life dictated by unpredictable bowels to being able to make plans with confidence, and not have to constantly worry about whether he will be able to make it to the loo in time.As other reviewers have noted, these aren't inexpensive: but for anyone who has issues with their bowels, especially around regularity or constipation, I can't recommend these enough. They've had a hugely positive impact on my dad's experience, and, consequently, for all the rest of us too. Just be patient for the first few days, whilst your system is getting used to them - especially if you've previously had a low fibre diet: these are very high fibre, and it does take a couple of days for things to settle down. I really can't recommend these enough.

I received this product as a gift from my girlfriend. I was confused by the packaging of what this supplement is actually for. There is no mention on the label what this is being used for and what effects to expect. It does look at first like it has to do something with sexual health. After reading ingredients list, I was curious as it looks good, all natural ingredients. Capsules are easy to swollow, with no particular flavour. Quite expensive, as by recommendation on the label, you are suppose to take 2-3 capsules twice daily, therefore it will only cover 20 days supply. They have made my bowel movement more frequent and i do feel little less bloated. I will continue taking the product to see if more results are achievable over longer period.
