Only thing that worked!
After home bleaching my hair twice, it was orange. I bought various blue/purple shampoos, toners, semi permanent ash blonde dyes but nothing. This is the only one that made a difference to the colour. It didn't go blonde blonde but it improved the brassy orange a lot. Definitely use again in the future

From yellow blond to cool blond!
I had slightly yellow blond hair from previous blond hair dye. I used the 03 very light ash blond ( Excellence) and it took away the yellow tinge but it is a bit silver grey. Still lighter though as you can see from the photos. I like it!Ruth

I liked the product although it's not as thick as some other hair colours I have used but the colour is just right and it does lighten the hair

Turns hair orange?
Not very good, i'm mousey blonde and usually use koleston special blondes to colour my hair ash. Got tired of buying all bleach etc. separately and decided to try and get something to do it all in one go. Im two boxes in on my roots now trying to cover the orange. It still has lifted and trust me my hair's never turned this colour before. 30 plus years of blonding too.

Good lightener for virgin hair
Great lightener on un coloured hair. Will not get the result if you have coloured your hair or are not blonde already. I am mid brown and it lightened well.
