Poor handling
I love this chocolate and know it’s usually excellent, but the delivered product arrived in poor condition—melted and re-hardened into uneven pieces with bad texture. Disappointing experience despite the great brand.

Garbage.
This is garbage. I ordered 80% South American and I got 70% Italian chocolate that tastes like it was made in someone's garage. Horrible crap. Don't buy this stuff.

Expired chocolate bars
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience, as I received chocolate bars that were expired. I request a refund for the total amount of my purchase.

Expired & melted
This product came to me expired and as you can see from the pictures deformed too-- I assume from melting and reforming. Either way it's a disappointment.
