Just the rack is what you get but I am sure amazon has the mop and bucket set you can buy for it

No. I don’t think so. It’s a little wobbly

Q: Can the top piece for the brooms be easily disassembled to go in and out of a trunk on a regular?

Yes; the piece that holds the brooms, mops, etc., is held in place by two screws. That 17-inch piece of plastic screws onto the metal rod on top.
