Chemlight Cyalume, Military Grade Light Stick, Infrared (IR), 6-inch, 8 Hour Duration

We used these in the military to identify friendlies as well as mark a location. We did not, I repeat did not use these to light up an area. Help out the seller and read before you buy and bash their products because these are the real deal from a company that either has or had the government contract. I will be buying more because they will be needed if anything get any worse.

These are not 4 inch chemlights. They are 6 inch. I’ve ordered them twice, thinking the first time was a mistake. They operate as they should, just be aware of the incorrect length listed.

Used with IR security cameras and IR NVG. No nearly as bright as i was expecting for a large glow stick, nice because its a glow stick and it does not need power but i would probably invest in an battery powered IR strobe instead. Disapointed with these.

Got 4inch ones, gonna get some bigger ones,.. they work great for marking targets/people or trail markers cracked one Friday at midnight and Sunday morning checked it’s was still faintly glowing. NOTE*** these are designed to be used under night vision as markers****

Have been using these for years. These guys wrote the book on light sticks. Better made and last longer than the cheap import copies.Important note!You have to sign an ITAR agrement before they ship to you. These also only markers. They do not generate enough light to illuminate an area even with night vision.
