I bought my Viante tea brewer 2 1/2 years ago. I use it every day and brew a full pot of tea using 2 teabags (in under 5 minutes 😃 !). I reheat it several times during the day. About 3 months ago, I noticed a small drip from below the handle. Not a big deal. But it go worse, little by little, until the indentation where the pot rests would fill up. So, I emailed the vendor via the Amazon app explaining the issue.Two days later I get an email from Alan at Viante asking for my order number. I replied and mentioned I had signed up for an extended warranty (this was offered to me for free by email right after I did the normal online warranty when I first got it), but I could not find the email confirmation nor where I put the printed copy. Honestly, I wasn't expecting help since it was already past the 2 year mark and I had no proof. Alan emails back the next day, stating he had verified the extended warranty and would have a new one sent out. 2 days later, it arrives! I've never had customer service like this! Amazing! I love the product and cannot recommend this brand enough. Thank you Alan and Viante!

I could not be more pleased with this tea kettle. It’s the perfect size, has presets, top is magnetic and just clicks on, multiple temps for keep warm feature, and it’s just pretty. I was using a stove kettle and ceramic teapot, so I had to babysit. Now I can start it and walk away. I also do not find this kettle noisy. I would recommend this electric kettle.

Congratulations on your purchase of a high end tea kettle (aka pot).You'll be very pleased with its performance and looks.Except that it will always be completely covered in condensation, which prevents it from looking nice like in the pictures. Other than that it's a great kettle. I think the folks at Vianté never actually used it. It's a shame it doesn't have just one little tiny air vent which would prevent this. It seems odd to me. I've never had an appliance that sweated all over the place. For now, I think I'll just pop the top and never actually put it on fully, to avoid this dumb problem.

It amazing. We use it every night. It defuses so quickly. Best thing I’ve bought in a long while. You can put loose leaf of tea bags into the center and put water over it, turn it on and it’s done in no time flat. Or you can just heat up water. It’s great. 👍

LOVE!!!! I had been wanting an electric kettle and my husband surprised me with this one. The varied temps for the water is perfect for teas vs French press coffee. We use this kettle at least twice a day, sometimes more often. Highly recommend this kettle!

I bought this kettle two years ago and used it almost daily for the last two years. It works exceptionally well for loose leaf and herbal teas. Has different temperature controls from 175° to 212°. This is wonderful as it allows to brew at lower temperature and then allow to steep, to preserve taste and medicinal value of teas. It heats quickly and reliably and doesn’t take too much counter space. A great kettle.
