I use this for hair loss in conjunction with Biotin, per my Doctor's instructions. I started losing clumps of hair due to stress. My Dr thought this might help. Within 2 weeks my hair stopped falling out in huge clumps! After a couple of months I discontinued this. My hair started falling out again so I resumed use. My chiroprator also told me that ashwagandha is an amazing supplement for many adrenal issues. Hr highly recommended I stay on it.

My wife and I had been trying for a baby for over a year and started to meet with a fertility specialist. My Motility Count was around 38-40%. So we started with IUI in order to increase our chances. Every month they would test my motility and for 3 months I was around 38-40%. When we first learned my motility was low I researched methods and ways to increase it. Ashwangandha was one highly mentioned supplement to try. I started taking it two times a day for the last 3 months. Today at my appointment the lab tech asked my wife if I had been using any new supplements or anything. My wife asked why and the lab tech responded that my motility has increased to 76%. My wife shared that I was taking this supplement. Just like a good science experiment I did not change any other variables. I continued to take high levels of vitamin C, Vitamin D3, and CoQ10. The lab tech said I should keep taking this supplement. What a huge difference it has made.

Great stuff, i highly recommend everyone takes ashwagandha! I don't have any trouble taking this product, and I love the results of adding this supplement in my daily routine- I feel my body is less exhausted, and my immune system stronger, and I just don't stress as hard as I used to.

I've done a ton of research on this substance, and the only thing I come up with is that it benefits EVERY facet of you it touches. For me, the most obvious benefit is an observable decrease in my temper. I find that I am more patient, and just simply have a reserve of calm that I typically don't walk around with. This is corroborated by my lovely wife as well, and not just my opinion. I've also been able to sleep better. The other stated benefits, I've not yet seen, but I've been on 1 pill per day for 1 month, and I'll be increasing to 2 per day in October. Worth the $$

This is a repeat purchase and I'm liking this stuff. With limited hard data (one fasting blood work analysis) to indicate what it is doing for me, my thyroid and adrenal function seem to be helped, and anecdotally, sleep and stress are too. The only problem so far is having to spell it when my med sheet is updated at the doctor's office!

Great product. Works well and no headaches or upset stomach issues.

Helps reduce my social anxiety and stress levels througout the day. Sometimes makes me drowsy after taking them so I would reccommend using it at night

Loved this for having an overall calming effect. What I didn’t know, is that ashwagandha although an anti inflammatory, it has a histamine producing effect and it triggered my autoimmune conditions.
