Broke this baby in today and everyone was impressed with the setup. Looks very professional and clean. I love that you can remove the frame and 3 individual pans in case you wanna use it as a tray but it was surprising to me the frame was standalone. For a second I thought it seemed flimsy and weird not attached to the 3 trays but how hard would it be to clean if they were all attached so I see why they did it that way. It was very easy to clean. It kept the food nice and warm. Had a red indicator light it was on, I like my old crockpot I just have to stick my hand on to see if it’s warming up. I wouldn’t have minded a slightly longer cord. Also keep in mind when you buy that it doesn’t fold up, and it does take a lot of space so make sure you have somewhere to store it. But seriously, if you like to cook for others, or have lots of parties/potlucks, this thing is really nice and to me worth every penny.

Great little buffet warmer for gatherings at the house. Keeps food warm throughout the day and not have to reheat throughout the day. Can for a fair amount of food. Great presentation and very useful gaget for gatherings.Used this for the first time for Thanksgiving and easily holds a 14lb bird (cut up), ham, and probably 10 lbs of mashed potatoes. We don't traditionally sit around the same table due to the number of people so we prepare food in a spread and people eat when they want to. Plus it keeps food warm as you're preparing food, as anyone knows the food doesn't finish at the same and this will keep it warm while the other food finish.Pans are easy to clean and you just need to wipe down the heating unit, and the rectangular side piece used to keep heat in and hold your pans, and the pans thenselves clean very easily.I only wish the pans were a little deeper, where at first you don't think they will be able to hold much food but it will surprise you when you actually use it.

Bought this to keep a buffet warm for a soccer team dinner, we did a homemade Qdoba themed buffet. Food stayed warm and was easy to serve. It held cooked rice (about 5 cups of cooked rice) beans (made four cans, could have held 6) and grilled chicken (about 4 packs of grilled Costco chicken breasts, cubed). The lids are great and helped keep food warm. Love they are clear, including handles. Instructions warn of a smell that disappears after a few uses - but we did not have any smell at all. Very happy with the purchase.

When having family dinners, different items will be ready at different times so my mom was constantly dragging out another crockpot to plug in. I vowed to find a better solution that didn’t require as many plugins, easier to clean up, and had a smaller footprint on the countertop space. This product fit the bill perfectly. It is functional, has the right amount of capacity, and is super easy stainless steel cleanup! I am very happy with this purchase and have enjoyed hearing my mom talk about how great it is and how it had made things easier and less stressful for her when trying to cook for a group 10-15. I look forward to many more family dinners using this product.

These came in handy for an event we had. Kept good warm and easy to clean and use.

I used it the first time yesterday for a taco bar. The trays contained taco meat, chicken, and queso cheese sauce. All was well for the first few minutes and then guests asked what happened to the queso as it had turned solid. Well the unit had turned off. So I turned it off and on again and worked for a couple minutes and turned off again. I gave it a try the next morning for brunch and same thing happened so I am giving up on it and retuning.

I never write a review unless a product really empresses me. I was reading some reviews that were negative, so I was a little worried about the purchase. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This warmer really heats up and kept my turkey and mashed potatoes and gravy super hot. Obviously I just used it for the holidays. I can’t wait to use it for future meal gatherings. Just a little tip. It warms up so well I was worried about the turkey drying out, so I moistened paper towels and placed it over the food and covered with lid. I took the moistened paper towels off right before we were ready to eat. I got many compliments on the food being the perfect temperature and moist.
