Highly recommended, great functionality, easy to use

Bought this a couple of years ago - its lasted well, has proved sturdy, and is easy to click into place. Not heavy either.

Lovely helpful company. I had an issue with the first one I ordered and they sent a replacement immediately. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Nice telescopic length. Light weight. But it slips off the handle, so i sometimes end up hitting the wall. Might be good to have a rubber strip in the inside of the hoop. It does feel a bit weak, so have tried to be extra careful when using it.

Used it twice then spring came out witch holds the telescopic tube in place to stop it closing up whilst trying to open ceiling windowsGood idea but shoddy product

It works but you have to figure out how to use it to open the window as it’s all about a twisting motion to open and close the window ... the lock for the middle of the pole often works loose while twisting but tightening it up usually works . Cheap option rather than a motor but it could be cheaper ... but it works 👍 so it’s a thumbs up from me 👍
