A smart purchase. Couldnt be happier
Ive had this guitar for 5 years now and its holding up just fine. Plays well and is a good cheap option for anybody looking to pick up guitar. Couldn't be happier. The size fits me well being 5 11 and 210 lbs. Definitely too large for a child or someone of similar build. Its a pretty light guitar with a glossy finish. Ill pick up a more expensive one at some point but this one would be fine for the forseeable future.

Fender Quality has taken a bit of a plummet over the years (Glue ON String!?)
Update 4/26/2021: I quickly came to realize that the buzzing sound was me, haha. After learning where my fingers should be placed for a crisper sound the buzzing is -almost- eliminated. I do have to re-tune it every now and then but my guess is that's because I play it so much. I've been able to practice everything else just fine on this, capo works fine and even harmonics sound good! It is definitely a great beginner guitar and has been so much fun to play. Still keeping a star docked for the glue that held my low E string down when I first received it, but other than that I have no regrets about this purchase. Also remember, the sticker is laminated and can come completely off. It shouldn't be stuck to the guitar. When I was a kid I remember picking up a fender in a guitar store and thinking it was the most beautiful sounding instrument I'd ever heard. I had my eyes set on a Fender, nothing else(despite there being better), but never got around to it. Fast forward a few years and I'm an adult now, finally saved up enough on the side to purchase a fender but since I'd never actually played the guitar seriously, I sought out a relatively inexpensive Fender that I could build up skill on.Tuning:Super excited when this got delivered today, but I noticed immediately on tuning something was wrong. The low E string didn't seem to be tuning at all no matter how I turned the tuning peg. I thought I was doing something wrong, but NOPE. After fiddling around with it for a few minutes I decided to try and restring it. I noticed that the top near the peg was loosening, but the actual string itself didn't seem to be budging, didn't want to hurt myself but I said to heck with it and just gave it a very slight tug. The string lifted but the reason it wasn't moving was that it had been glued down to the top where the strings lie just under the pegs. I've never played seriously, but my brother had an acoustic and bass and I've seen him replace strings before among other things many times. None of them had strings glued down anywhere. I may not know much, but I know that that is not supposed to be like that ever. Now I've got glue on what was supposed to be a brand new guitar string. This has made me seriously contemplate returning it. If you notice tuning is a big issue on this thing, this might be the case for you as well.I would also like to add that I'm not sure if this is just a problem with the tuner or just me, but I can't seem to get the strings to stay in tune. I'll update that later. The actual guitar:The fretboard seems to have a few scuffs on the edges which just looks like it got damaged during the manufacturing process, not shipping related at all, and there are a few cheapy marks around the soundhole but nothing too banged up for me.The accessories: I almost thought the guitar wouldn't fit in the carrying case but it was just enough. The backpack part itself though was a bit of a struggle to get on. I'm not sure if my height had anything to do with it, (5'9), but I had to loosen it to the lowest tension. There is also only one strap peg which doesn't seem very efficient nor make much sense. Just another cheap feature. The CD, picks, and strings all arrived in good quality though. The sticker: I saw a few people mention this and I was really worried since I couldn't seem to peel the sticker off either. Maybe they fixed it but mines came off perfectly as I realized that it was a full clear laminate sticker.I'll keep it for two weeks and practice daily, and then update on whether I returned it and any reasons why.I will try to upload pictures, hopefully, Amazon approves them.

I bought this year's ago—I never touched it.
I gave it to my sister because she like really wanted one. I also lost interest in it the moment I got it due to working factory jobs for the first time. I was like, idk 18 years old? 19? Anyways she has had it ever since then and it plays wonderfully with practice. It's size is acceptable/appropriate. It's worth the price for starters. The color is enough to make you wanna touch it up & down. Also it's not even heavy.

They make it right!
Recently bought. Received everything but the strings and got ahold of them. Wasn't expecting to get them but yesterday they showed up! They definitely do make it right and to me that's everything. The guitar itself has a bright tone. Of course you gotta adjust it to you. But I leave it in a 50°f garage and it stays in tune everyday! For the price, quality and if you don't get what's pictured they make it right!

Love my guitar
The bundle is awesome, everything you need very inexpensive. Bought a stand for it, because I was tired of tuning it every time .Black does leave fingerprints but it is perfect for me. I learned how to tune without any help. Tried to watch youtube. It wasn't working, figured out you have to know the strings: E6, A5, D4, G3, B2, E1, came up with my own acronym (because thats how you get a MBA)-the ones online are too difficult.EatADeliciousGreenBeanEveryday.With the tuner included in the bundle, select the “G” for guitar, then strum E6 turn the tuning peg until the tuner turns green at E6. After knowing this you may watch a video. But if the line is left at the center for E6 then turn peg right until it turns green at center. If it is at A then turn left until E6 appears and adjust accordingly as you strum the line.I was disappointed that my black guitar didn't have a pin at the neck for the strap, you have to do the “shoe string” method but I am fine with it, not all guitars have them. I purchased the Sunburst bundle last year for my man, and his has the neck pin, and his came with the hard case, his was more expensive from same seller. Definitely will buy a few more for my sons, they love to use mine.Well wishes.. now on to practicing.
