Ordered two of these for my Mom and Dad. They both are very happy with them. Good quality and price.

I really enjoy these heating pads both for warmth and relief from discomfort but also for my anxiety -I have slept with one every night for the past 2-3 years now! However, the last one I bought burnt in the microwave after only a few weeks when I've never had this issue before and I can't use it now as the seeds will spill everywhere. I'm so sad because these are rather pricy compared to others on the market, and I was willing to pay more for the quality (my first one I literally used for 2 years straight and only splurged to replace it because I missed the aromatherapy scent), but I really don't want to spend another 40 right now on one. I wish I could get a replacement -I may try and patch the hole eventually, but I don't know if I need to be careful with what materials I use since it'll go in the microwave...

We first bought this from mall 15 years ago from a young couple and loved them. I was so happy that I was able to find it from Amazon. Bought it again, smell so good and gave us a good pain relief.

Durability is good as long as you don’t over heat it as the material & beads can burn easily. I use it everyday to to relieve pain from shoulders & sciatica. Scent is strong at first but it fades. I replace this item every 2 years after the wear & tear of the material, beads tend to fall out at the seams.

I bought my previous hot patch pillow from Nature’s Creations 14years ago in the mall and lasted me till this winter. From so much use (almost every other day for headaches) the fabric started to burn off and seeds started to pour out a bit. That is AFTER 14 years! Tried other brands but would always return them due to either the shape being awkward, them getting weirdly moist when you microwave them up or just not enough filling inside to hold the heat longer. I would recommend Natures Creations hot pads/pillows to anybody who needs one. It’s a bit more expensive than others but the extra money paid for it is worth it!

I have Fibromyalgia and cervical/lumbar spine damage. So, I have been using ice/heat packs for a long time. I bought this same heating pad years ago at a Xmas fair in Union Square, NYC. It lasted me quite a number of years and then, believe it or not, some mice sneaked into my room and chewed it open. It had begun to lose some of it's fragrance, so I didn't feel bad just buying a new one. They wrap around my neck quite well and provide a nice warm relief for only few minutes, but that's okay with me since a few minutes is all I need. in addition it can be reheated quickly. It's definitely worth the investment.

My mom received one of these as a gift quite some time ago and she absolutely loved it. I just recently bought her a new one, which she was thrilled with, but the only disappointment I has was that when I placed the order, it looked like I was able to order the bright green one, but when I received it, it was dark blue with the moon and stars. I decided to order her the lavendar coverfor it which was on your website, but even though it showed the cover, it didn't give me the option to order it. I tried to contact Mikka Beauty Supplies (the company that shipped theshoulder wrap) but information didn't have a number for them. The wrap is excellent, but I only wish I could have gotten it in the lime green or had been able to order the lavendar cover which was shown on the website. My mom uses this all of the time for her pain and also loves the herbalsmell and the fact that you can use it hot or cold.Thank you.
