Heel kept slipping off but felt good around the arches.
The heel kept slipping off whether walking or not. The fit around the arches was good and offered support. I ordered the recommended size.

I like these but there are some issues...
I'm a little torn about these foot braces. I have pretty severe plantar fasciitis and have tried so many different tools and remedies to try to help. The PF is so bad that it causes other issues with my hips and back because it affects my walking. So needless to say I've tried an awful lot of items for any type of relief.I got these both for myself and for my son who has flat feet and a "duck walk" due to it that I'm trying to help remedy before it becomes an issue for him as he grows. So he has also used some foot support and braces to help, with varying degrees of success.I ordered a small based on the size chart provided, me wearing a US women's size 8 and he wears a US men's size 6.5. So upon putting these on they were TIGHT over the arch, but it felt nice and supportive. The heel loop fit comfortably around my heel and never slipped off. But I do have short feet, they're just on the wider side especially around the arches. So these did offer immediate relief, not at a 100% level but I would say maybe 75% which is still pretty amazing in my book. I had been dealing with a particularly bad flare up of PF which was causing major issues in my hips after doing Turkey Trot 5k on Thanksgiving Day. I was actually surprised that this made my hip feel a bit better.I wore them for a few hours and after a while (likely due to swelling) it was just getting way too tight on my arches and cutting into my skin. It did leave a major indentation on my foot when I removed it.So as far as the sizing goes I'm not sure how to deal with that bc I wonder if going up one size would make the heel part not sit correctly since my foot is not long. But who knows. I would gladly purchase again, but unfortunately the current price tag is a huge deterrent to me... I'm torn bc I do feel like these work better than a lot of others I've used, but they are a lot more pricy, so I'm not sure I'd go this option again and risk the next size up not fitting properly either.

Unfortunately much too small
Got these for my wife as she does require arch support and has very bad Plantar Fasciitis. Upon receiving them I wasn't aware that they were an XS and she was ony able to wear them a few short hours before having to take them off. They were unfortunately cutting off the circulation in he feet as they were too tight. However when she initially did put them on she said it was better for her to walk with less pain in her feet. I'd love to get these for her if they had carried the correct size which I believe would've been a medium.I thought that's what I had selected but it defaulted to XS please make all sizes available. The material that they were made of were both flexible and durable...they're a little tricky to get on the back of your foot as you have to leave it criss crossed or it wont go on the back of your heel correctly. I'd say good concept and application but need to have all sizes available.

Perfect for flat feet!
Wow. The minute I put this on I felt... lighter. Like walking suddenly became less effort than before.I have flat feet, and pregnancy only makes them flatter. While I'm not experiencing pain, I walk a lot for exercise, and wanted something to help support my arches on my walks so they don't collapse even more. These are super easy to slip on and off and the silicone grip does a great job keeping them in place. I will say as someone with sensitive skin, they're a bit uncomfortable at the seams. However, the pieces are very, very securely stitched together. I have no worries at all about them coming apart. They were a teeny bit scratchy at the seams when I put them on, but they were perfectly comfortable to walk in and didn't irritate my feet. I actually forgot I was wearing them after a while. If they bother you, you could probably put KT tape on under them first.I wore them for a day in Vegas walking around a lot to test them. They do add a little bit of bulk so I'd recommend wearing them with sneakers or another shoe with some wiggle room and socks that aren't too tight.

Interesting design but not for me.
I’ve dealt with planters fasciitis for years and I’ve tried a lot of orthotics and socks with good results. I tried this product because it seemed very unique. I ordered the size recommended. The heel strap design is very confusing as it didn’t seem like it would sit flat but it did. The compression on the arch was more than I needed and the heel strap was tight. I was afraid that if I tried to wear it for any longer I would have a blister on the back of my heel. A simple sock with arch support/compression is sufficient for me. And what is the S shaped tool that was included? It is shown in the product picture but no explanation as to what it is for.Anyway, I hope that it works for someone. Wasn’t for me.

Sewn well, but caused more aches
I got the size suggested to help with my plantar fasciitis. When they came I realized the bands looked exactly like the elastic I have for sewing items, but in a different color. A little stiffer though. They're sewn together well. I don't think they'll come apart easily at all.The design is easy enough to put on. Even though my feet are on the smaller size of the brace suggested (size 6 women's), the straps felt too tight. Both around my foot and at my heel. I only have one foot that's been giving me trouble lately, but after trying the brace on it and it not feeling right, I decided to see how it fit on the other foot. Gave the same amount of discomfort. It felt as though my circulation was being cut off on my foot. The heel strap stayed in place, but sadly the area above my heel ached with it on. I've tried things similar to this before without issue, but they were without the heel strap. For me, these don't seem to work at the suggested size.
