Amazing but...
Ok - I am giving this product 5 stars, but let me give you a very balanced, honest review of where it is wonderful and where it falls short.Let's start with the good:-It is small, discreet, lightweight and rechargeable, which is wonderful.I bought it because I am currently pregnant with twins. I already have one child and I had horrendous morning sickness with my first child that resulted in weeks of being bedridden and me needing to take medication. Much to my great irritation, I didn't know that products like this existed back then. But this time I was prepared! On days of mild nausea/morning sickness, this bracelet will be all that you need. If you have a big meeting or need to look normal at work, I would recommend wearing this on one wrist and wearing just a normal anti-sickness band on your other wrist. However - if you are experiencing truly intense nausea/morning sickness - although this bracelet will help you, it won't be enough to stop the nausea . This product is effectively a little mini TENS machine in the shape of a bracelet, just remember that. So if you are experiencing truly intense nausea as a result of chemo or morning sickness - use a TENS machine. Put the pads on the inside of both wrists and adjust the intensity until you feel your symptoms subside. So yes. This is a great product. Yes, it does what it says on the tin. Yes - it will be a wonderful help for most. But - if you find yourself dealing with truly debilitating sickness and nausea - you will be better off with a TENS machine - because it simply has more power and you'll be able to use it on both wrists at the same time, which is key. The only downside with a TENS machine is all the wires.... which means you can't really use it at work or in public without attracting unwanted attention.Still - i do actually feel that this product is worth it and I wish that GPs and midwives would recommend it more.-----Here's a follow up added a few weeks after I wrote the above review. In spite of this bracelet, and in spite of using a TENS machine - my morning sickness got so severe that I needed to go on medication. So although I do recommend this - I would also say, if you're really struggling, look into medication in addition to things like this.

Not working, faulty. Works a little when is actually functioning.
I got this for my wife, as she is transportation sick and also pregnant in first trimester and has morning sickness. The band helps with the sickness, not perfectly, but she feels a bit better. The problem is that is not working all the time, we checked battery is full but no tingling, turned off/on changed the spot on the wrist and the hand, doesn't do anything, then suddenly works again. It's been doing this since we got it. Another minus point is that the battery didn't last even half a day, and it wasn't used on maximum. Also the charger cable is just silly, really short and won't attach perfectly to the band, it's too easy to knock it off when put to charge, we have a cat and a toddler, it's difficult for them not to touch stuff.Update, now the device in not working at all, just makes a weird constant noise

Works well to a point
I really liked this tech and used it during 2 weeks of theme park rides. It's important to use the gel underneath it at all times so that it works properly. I am a very motion sick person and this worked well on most rides - I only went on one which tipped me over the edge, which was an extreme VR one. Nice and comfortable to wear, like a watch

Brilliant for morning sickness (if a little unreliable)
Really fantastic! I read all the previous reviews with trepidation, never really knowing if I trusted them or not, and of course with things like this you never know whether you’ll be one of the ‘lucky ones’ that these products will actually work for. Being quite a pessimistic person, my morning sickness got so bad that I just thought - it’s got to be worth a try - but probably won’t work!I can’t emphasise enough how much this helped! I went from not being able to get on with daily tasks due to the level of nausea I was experiencing to being basically back to normal. It doesn’t completely take the nausea away, but it certainly brings it down to a much much more manageable level. My advice to all those mums experiencing morning sickness out there is get it!Having said that - I never had morning sickness where I was actually throwing up, so I can’t vouch for it’s efficacy there.Only slight issue is that the one if ordered kept turning itself off!

Didn't work for us
Wife has hyperemesis gravidarum and we bought this to try and counter that, however, this didn't work for us. The device itself is easy to use, but it's very uncomfortable as it sends electric shocks down your arm (which is obviously how it's supposed to function, but definitely not comfortable).
