Cute and fun game. Well made. Doesn’t eat playdoh lol.
This was a Christmas gift and it’s been played a bunch since then. Fun game for kids and even adults. Love how it works and it’s well made and should last years. The action is random so you can’t really cheat- which is nice. Also makes so you can have a short game or a longer one. Lots of playability for a variety of ages honestly but mostly will appeal to younger kids age 3-8. The kids still laugh at the dog when he surprises them. He’s a cute dog. He doesn’t eat playdoh very well lol. It just sat in his nose instead of falling into his mouth. The kids made him snacks from playdoh.. that’s how much they enjoy him and the game.

Adorable!
I do speech therapy and had bought this toy for lots of different activities within our clinic. When it first arrived, I had the difficulty several others have mentioned with the dog not catching the treats. The fact that several DID have success made me determined to figure out what the difference was. I tried various surfaces, stacking techniques, etc. Then, I discovered that, while I had been pushing the dog down to “sit” in a way that closed his mouth, he can actually sit with his mouth open. Making this small adjustment caused a significant jump in success (80-90% depending on number of treats in the stack). So, if you’re having trouble like I was, try that adjustment and hopefully you will have a lot of fun playing with this adorable doggo like we are!Other pros: appears sturdy, easy to store and to travel with the treats in his mouth, quick play, truly random as to who would win, able to play with just one child, and easy to play. You can also change up the rules or way you play, for example we might have “challenges” that go with each number/color, or have a story associated with the play activity.Cons: All minor for me, but: box isn’t super sturdy, balance of the treats may be a challenge (this could also be a pro, if you’re working on fine motor), and ours arrived with one eye in his mouth. Easy fix and it seems stable now, but kind of weird!Overall, I recommend this to any child who loves dogs, is a preschooler/young school-age, enjoys fast games, or an adult who needs another game to add to your therapy/classroom arsenal. Very happy with this purchase.

Adorable and fun counting game
The media could not be loaded. Our 4 year old daughter and our whole family loves playing this fun counting game. The little treats have to be balanced on the pugs nose and they have numbers from 1-3 printed on them. Depending what number you get, you have to press the pug’s foot that matching amount. Goal is getting the puppy to flip the treats up and the ones he catches in his mouth, you get to keep. It’s a fun and cute game that encourages turn taking and improves fine motor skills. The only thing that could be improved would be the fact that the numbers on the treat coins are a bit hard to read since they are the same color as the treat.

Children really enjoy it, but needs a few updates.
I’ll start off by saying that my children really enjoy playing this game. The puppy part is well made and sturdy. It’s super cute! However, like other reviewers have mentioned, the chips fall off SO easily. Every time you push his paw. Then you have to stack them back up again and again. I feel like the makers could create a small intention in the pugs nose that would fit to the coin a little better. Also, I do wish the box was a little sturdier. We keep our game boxes to store the games and this one doesn’t seem like it will last long. I would have given this 3 stars but my children really do enjoy it!

Such a cute and easy game. Best of all uses no batteries. My 5 yr old loves it.

Fun game if kids have good detexerity
Hard to keep the treats balanced since dog is plastic as are the treats. They slide off frequently and need restacked several times during play.

Use it in Speech Therapy sessions.
The children throughly enjoy this game during speech therapy. They will work on their goals just for one turn.

Great for my 2 Year old and 4 year old!
My 2 year old doesn’t understand the rules of this game, but he loves to stack the treats on the pug’s nose and click his foot until it jumps up and eats the treats. He giggles with joy every time this happens. My 4 year old plays by the rules and also loves playing this game.
