Wonderful quality and fantastic customer service
The quality of this chair over the others I have bought in the past for the child care facility that I own you're so Superior. And the customer service is amazing, we had a small issue with a piece that came in broken and they immediately addressed the situation to resolve our issue. I will definitely buy from this company again

Nice chair
The chair is great, but the arm pads keep coming unsnapped. Other than that, no complaints.

Perfect
Chair is perfect for our needs. We needed a solidly built, comfortable rocking chair that would fit in a small space and this was the one. It fits wonderfully at the foot of our bed . It’s perfect for rocking our newborn son. Our other children love sitting in it as well. I’m hoping to get a second one for the living room .

Cushions are wrong
The Cushions fit poorly. The seat cushion does not reach to the back. The back cushion falls behind the seat cushion instead of resting on top. The seat cushion is firm, which I like, but I wonder if my mother will, and the back cushion is stiff and thin. The chair itself is nice and solid. The glider is smooth and quiet. But I am very disappointed with the quality of the chair cushions.Update after two weeks of use: My mom found the cushion comfortable. New problem, My mother who is 97, scooted to the front of the chair to stand up, and the chair tipped over forward, dumping her onto the floor. Now not sure what to do as chair seems unsafe.

Glider rocker
At first everything was good, then after about 6 months of use, it started making creaking sounds. At a year of use we had to replace the glider bolts. They broke. They have been recently replaced again in 2024. Would not recommend this rocker as a daily use item as I have used it for. Does not hold up to the use.

Very comfortable
Comfort, easy to assemble, arrived intact and on schedule.

A real let down
One of the threaded holes was NOT threaded…I had to go out and buy a tap and dye set,so that I could thread the hole and finish putting it together….Also, the cushions are VERY stiff and uncomfortable… I am very disappointed. It looks nice , but does not feel nice.
