I purchased this computer new at the end of 2020. The screen started shutting off by itself. Now the computer is freezing. This was my first time purchasing this product. I have other All-in-one computers . I have never experienced this problem before. I guess it's back to HP

I’ve had this computer twice. The first one was given to me at my job for production purposes. It works fine except for the touch screen. It never worked. In fact I didn’t even know the computer had a touch screen till after doing research on it. The second one I used had two lcd dark spots burned into the screen so I had to send it back to the seller unfortunately. The seller i did business with was really nice though.

This was a great computer - for the first 3 years. All of a sudden this morning after having this great computer for 3 years and 6 months and 1 week, it would not start up and gave me the "Error 1962 - no operating system".I know how to fix computers so I tried everything - nothing worked. I worked on this for hours and am totally disgusted at Lenovo. It is a piece of junk now - suddenly without a single indication it was going bad. I won't be buying from Lenovo again.

After 6 months the fan broke twice. Now after 18 months, the pixel on the screen broke. Luckily I got extended warranty when the fan broke. It took 6 weeks to repair and they forgot to send the power cord. Why do they want the power cord in the first place? Anyway, I called 3 weeks ago and Lenovo said they will send another power cord in a week. Well I'm still waiting..... The lady today said they will send one in 24-48 hours.I definitely don't recommend Lenovo. I'm purchasing HP Desktop today for my company even though I had a bad customer experience with HP a while ago.
