Just what I wanted
The media could not be loaded. I used this teapot to make my herbal teas. It is an excellent teapot that holds heat well. Iove how the herbs can't be in the actual tea due to the small strainer. And the best part is you can basically brew anything you want in the stainless steel part and it comes out wonderful. Seems like it extracts more nutrients from the tea than when you use a boiler. The color of the tea comes out richer. I've already ordered another one for my sister as a gift 🎁.

I love my teapot!!
I was looking for a glass teapot that could withstand a gas burner, and this is it! Simple, beautiful aesthetic and fully functional. I like that the strainer's holes are small, everything is stainless steel or glass (SUPER important to me), and that it heats quickly. The design of how the handle is attached to the pot uses a (what I presume to be) stainless fastener that is slightly rusting on the inside (I can see it through the glass, otherwise wouldn't be able to tell). I also think the strainer has parts that might rust if not properly dried/oiled.Overall, I am super happy with my teapot and use daily!!

Nice but be careful
I purchased this to replace my glass pot that broke. I don't use this as much as I used my other one. I did notice that when I was washing the metal basket that sits inside, when I stuck my hand down in there with a sponge I sliced my hand on the metal. This could just be my particular pot that had a sharp edge and may not be a problem with other pots from the company.It makes a great pot of tea and keeps the tea leaves in the basket and not floating in my teacup. That is awesome.It's a great tea maker and possibly even coffee maker. Just be careful cleaning it.

The Handle Came Off!
Was holding a full pot of tea when the handle came off! The pot dropped into the sink and shattered!

Small but mighty
I bought this for my husband and it was a great purchase. We were a little nervous about using it because it looks delicate but it’s actually very durable and super easy to clean. I’m not sure if it’s recommended for the dishwasher but we pop all the pieces out easily and pop it in. The glass pot itself is super easy to clean as well. Everything just slides off.
