I have tried this product for a little over a week now, and am noticing a great difference!! The pills have no taste at all, which I prefer, and they're easy to swallow. Over the past week I've noticed that I have way less mood swings and more energy. I have had adult acne my entire adult life, and to my surprise, it has lessened!! I did not even expect for it to have this effect, since nothing else has worked. I have noticed less redness and inflammation. I just turned 51 and I am going through that dreaded ‘M’ stage of life . I have tried a bevy of supplements in the past to help me deal with hot flashes , mood swings and hormonal fluctuations. I took chasteberry , wild yam , black cohosh , Maca and evening primrose oil . Like I mentioned before I took them all . Here comes ‘Relief in a bottle ‘ . When I placed my order , it came in the original packaging. The company has since redesigned the packaging. I take one capsule daily and I have enough for a 2 month supply . The capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste is detected . I feel that this supplement has helped me tremendously. My overall mood has improved and, duration of the hot flashes has decreased and that hormonal rise and plummet has steadied. This here is a game changer for me and is here to stay in my supplement routine.

I bought these to see if they would help with menstrual migraines I’ve been getting. I started taking them a couple weeks before my cycle started in April and...I didn’t get a migraine! This month, I stopped taking them a week before my cycle because I wanted to see if they were making me bloat, and then I started taking them again a couple days before *it* started. Unfortunately, I started to get a migraine on day 2 (which is typical for me). I really think the DIM took the edge off enough though for excedrine to help out. Usually nothing works for me and I have to sleep off the migraine for a day or 2. I hope that consistently taking it without skipping a week will keep it away next month!

I've been taking this DIM supplement for a month and have noticed a big difference in daytime energy levels, but even better, I'm falling asleep at night so much quicker. As a perimenopausal woman, insomnia is getting worse and worse. Between the whacky hormones, hot flashes, and insomnia, it's been tough to get a good 7-8 hours of sleep each night.I've been taking melatonin every night for a year now, but even with that, if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't go back to sleep.Since taking this DIM supplement, I don't need the melatonin every night, and I'm actually sleeping through the night without waking up!The effects of the DIM supplement didn't happen overnight, but I've seen a gradual improvement over the course of the month, and I've been sleeping through the night for almost 2 weeks now.I know DIM doesn't specifically talk about insomnia benefits, but it does help regulate hormones, which in effect, promotes better sleep.I would definitely recommend this product!

I started taking this pill right before my cycle started. One thing that stood out to me was that my menstrual cycle (ALWAYS 6 days) shortened by 1 day. Also, not sure if related but my period discomfort this month was way more bearable. I have PCOS so my cycles are a little more intense than a normal cycle. Pills are small and easy to swallow. They have no after taste. Overall I’m happy with the results I got for just starting it a couple weeks ago.

I received my bottle a little over a week ago, and love it so far! I take it every evening with my dinner, it’s super easy to swallow, and no weird taste like other pills. I find that since I started taking this, I have a little more energy during my days, and I also noticed I’ve lost 2 pounds this past week as well. Overall, I’m a fan! And I will keep this in my routine.

These are very serious. I took these and got extremely sick. Terrible headaches where it hard to function. Please be very careful in taking these. I hope i can get my money back.
