I use this a bit different instructed by an aesthetician. Apply small amounts upward circular motions to wet to damp face, neck and or chest massage in for 3 minutes; let stand for 20 minutes, rinse off then hydrate with serum and moisturizer. Treat areas 2 to 3 times a week; I see great results 2 times a week. Great for tops of hands as well.
