Great economy bumper
Had an oops with my original crusty bumper, and needed something inexpensive to get me legal and clean. This bumper does the job. After removing my damaged bumper, this one fit up with minimal issues, only requiring a minor twist to get the receiver bolts to fit. I was able to reuse almost all of my hardware except for the receiver bolts as they were a different size thread than OEM. The finish looks great, I didn't notice any areas with a bad finish that might rust early so it should last a good while. Honestly, as a truck parts dealer, it's the best packing I have ever seen for a bumper. I only had one problem, which was the left sides plastic step plates clips had completely broken off, but the manufacturer/ seller was easy to reach and we came to a favorable resolution. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

Pretty good for the price and looks great
Good overall mine was slightly bent on the passenger side where the plastic goes but I was able to bend it back with pliers

These are known to have spot rust, but I’m gonna keep it waxed
Have not installed yet due to my health problems but as soon as I get someone to help me, I will try to get it done and so all everything looks good. The pad and all looks good. I think it’s good quality. I hope it is. I just hope it don’t rush

Make sure the bumper fits your model a vehicle, even though Amazon says it will fit
There are two different models for this bumper to install on. Make sure you have the right model number before ordering when I ordered this. The Amazon website said that it would fit my vehicle, but it did not. It was a different bumper that I needed so beware when you buy this

Perfect fit and looks great on my 2005 Silverado 1500.

Compare mounting bracket parts before ordering
Nice complete bumper kit but does NOT fit Silverado 2500HD. The brackets that mount to the frame are different than factory and lower the bumper around an inch and a half. So it will make contact with the receiver and misalign all the bolt holes. My old brackets were bent so I need to find new OEM brackets I guess
