Gentle shampoo
The most gentle shampoo I have ever used, my skin is sensitive and so I notice when shampoos are harsh or gentle and this one is amazingly gentle. I used it exactly according to the instructions and it also made both my beard and skin feel soothed and comfortable after the shower.I also like that it has a nice fresh mild scent.

Disappointed at first but now VERY HAPPY
My original review on this product; Not happy at all with this purchase. I’ve just gone to unwrap it and it has leaked everywhere. I can’t even give it as a gift.Since then, the seller has been amazing and delivered outstanding customer service. Sending me a new bottle, free of charge and no questions asked. The product is brilliant, my husband has been really pleased with it and it smells gorgeous. Do not hesitate to purchase as it is a great product and the seller goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy.

Clean and soft beard with value for money

Left my beard very dry
Just as my title states.It did clean my beard well, if I used quite a bit of it. It is expensive though.My beard was left feeling dry and brittle, the skin under my beard was also left feeling dry. I didn't nottice any conditioner.I wouldn't recommend this, certainly not for the price.

Great clean - not much scent
Bought this on abit of a whim and because it was advertised as natural goods. Found it to give a good lather and great clean but not too much in the way of scent. No problem for me as I like to use an oil.

Arrived half empty and cap was faulty
Arrived half empty and cap was fault. Had to unscrew to see issue and then realize old half a bottle. And as the cap mechanism doesn't work to measure the amount you get on, it meant loads comes out. Amazon wouldn't even refund me. Stating it was actually my fault. Worse customer service experience ever. Money down the drain.
