It is not water repellent. The inner side liner is soaked and dripping. Will have to invest in another clear shower curtain to fix this.

Q: Do you have to use the liner? This is for a large walk-in shower and I would rather not use the liner if I can.

The liner could be removable and you can snap it off if you'd like not to use. In addition, the outer waffle curtain could be also used as a stand-alone shower curtain, since it's water repellent as well. According to the size, the extra-long size(71x84) is usally used for walk-in shower, and we have the standard size(71x72), please check: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B087JH5Q4H, this size could be fitted for most common sized bathroom. Q: Is that navy blue and gray ?

They come in numerous colors and the navy and black are similar in that they are deep in color. Order based on the color scheme of your bathroom.
