Tasty, Healthy, and Travel-Friendly
Really happy to have found a powdered coconut creamer! It's healthy, shelf stable, easy to travel with, easy to store (yay for the extensive hook and loop closure!). It's not overly sweet and it makes my coffee better. Useful to keep a little tin of it in my office, where I only drink coffee once in a while.Do put the powder in your mug first, then add hot liquid and stir. Otherwise...it's a proper mess and doesn't dissolve well.

I didn't think I'd like this but I was wrong
I'm trying to stop using sugary creamer. I've tried a few different things and this is the best thing I've tried. Of course it's not as sweet at sugary creamer, but it's definitely not bad! I bought a $10 frother too. Without the frother it would be extremely difficult to mix this with a spoon I would think.

Hope you enjoy the flavor of coconut
Its very "coconuty". It has a good texture and isnt too sweet. If you added chocolate it would taste like a girlscout Samoa cookeis. I like creamy coffee so I use more than recommended, its very workable. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. We travel a lot, so this should be perfect not to have to mess with liquids, and still get to sneak in something good for you on the road.

This Mixes Well
The taste is delicious. I had a different brand before that wouldn't blend, just slumped. This didn't look like it would blend, but it does with just a stir. Will purchase again.

Weird smell exterior of package
I’m giving it one star because I haven’t even opened the package. I pulled it out of the Amazon envelope and it smells like tires. The exterior of the package smells like tires. It came in a paper envelope. I’m not thinking that that is what I’m smelling. I think it is the exterior of the product.UPDATE TO THIS~ Weird smell went away...and this product is absolutely fine! It does dissolve nicely and has no clumps. Great taste...not too sweet but just right.

Sweet and Smooth is how I like my coffee
Wonderful creamer for my coffee. And healthy too. This replaces the very popular liquid coffee creamer that is mostly sugar. Will be using Laird now. Give it a try. You'll love it

Holy Coconut
I would have given it a lower score, but ultimately I made the assumption that the coconut milk powder would be more of a means of thickening than a flavor bomb as subtle as a nuclear explosion. Ultimately you cannot taste the coffee, only coconut. I don't dislike coconut, but this is aggressively coconut. It blends well, and adds sweetness without needing to add additional sweetener. But it takes over the entire coffee and replaces it with coconut.

Blends well
I had been using Silk Almond Creamer. Decided try a Coconut Creamer but could not find any in local stores. Laird makes a powdered version of Coconut Creamer, so I tried it. It blended well with hot coffee using a spoon only. No grit or texture noted. The taste is good, but different. Slight coconut flavor which I will have to get used to. Not as 'creamy' as a liquid nut creamer, but does the job.
