Solid Bey with unique Forge Disk
This is a good Bey. We like Satomb Beys, and while this is not a traditional take on Satomb, it is cool. My youngest really wanted this one and is very happy to have it. The overall design is well thought out, and the colors are also really good too.The performance layer has great coloring that pops. The slopes that Hasbro used here are good. The Bey doesn’t burst often (it does burst every once in a while though - the Surge Beys seem to do so more than some of the older Burst series ones). The layer is a really solid attack type with large points.I like the unique forge disk. It’s like the old “C” forge disk with a built in disk frame that is only found here thus far. Pretty cool. The performance tip is actually solid. It really lets the Bey move around the stadium. The metal version of the tip doesn’t allow for movement as much so we like this one better (maybe because it’s heavier?).This is a good Bey in the Surge lineup. I’d say top 5 at least, maybe top 3 as of right now of our 15ish. Good buy.

Looks good, admired, but loses a lot
I’m torn. This beyblade was bought for me, the dad, and I absolutely love the way it looks, but I bought it to battle my kids. Now, the kids love it because when I use it, it blows up every time. Out of some 100 battles I’ve won 2 or 3 with this. It falls apart almost every time and thus creates the problem for me. As a piece, it looks great and everyone that sees it agrees, but as a battle blade, it’s subpar at best and loses nearly all battles at its worse. My kids love this blade because they always win against me, with the exception of a few times. I get this is an attack blade and that it isn’t necessarily made to go against defense type, but wow, even against other attack types it’s pretty rough.so if you’re looking for a cool blade that falls apart so your kids will always win, then this is your blade, or if you’re looking for a blade that looks good as a showpiece, then here’s a good one too, but if you’re looking win, this probably isn’t the one.

A nice beyblade
A nice beyblade that does burst without too much trouble and doesn't come with a launcher. A good beyblade that is a different version of satomb.
