المنتج يبرد المشروب ولكن تحتاج ان تخلط المنتج مع المشروب كي تنتقل البروده ، لكن يحتاج وقت بسيط ، بشكل عام جيد للكوفي

Received it damaged
The clear plastic box came broken .As for usage it does cool water but not like ice . I used 4 cubes in a 1 litre tumbler it cooled it abit , also if left for too long i could taste something in the water

Not a good product to buy
How ever u put it in freezer ... this thing is not cooling.

Great craftsmanship
The ice cubes look great. However it is not mentioned what kind of stainless steel is used, 304 or 316 grade. 304SS is usually the food grade type.

Cool Product, underperforming versus promise
You are promised super chilling for your drink that lasts for a very long time, the product actually give a mildly chilled drink not comparable with regular ice. The good thing is that it does not dilute your drink and looks really nice in the cup. The holder rack is also nice and simple.
