Koken makes tool truck Quality tools at an affordable price. The fit and finish is spot on.

Extremely High Quality
Extremely high quality. Very compact design. Very little backlash in ratchet and square drive to socket. Possibly the best available.A few caveats:Opposite lever position for tighten/loosen than the typical high quality American tool truck brands.Various skipped sizes in the set AND no 9mm or 20mm available in this series. Both those sizes show substantial use in my Snap-On stuff that I've used for 40 years but perhaps not used on modern Japanese cars. That more complete set is in a different box as a backup so we will see if it gets used.

Size is small and easy to use without worrying about sockets being to big. Quality is top notch. Spend money once on quality and have smiles later.

The fit is amazing. I already purchased the deep set and extension set. Watch out for fakes. This set however is authentic and flawless. I build supercharged v8's for one of the big 3 in Michigan and have become picky when it comes to quality tools. Homerun.

Good tool kit albeit expensive. It's nice to have a set of shallow sockets. Ratchet? Meh. Go with gearwrench and save $$.

The best
If you are thinking about Koken Ratchets or sockets just buy them … next year so I can buy them before the price goes up. 1/2 the price of Snap on and the quality is as good or better.

Ko-Ken tools are top quality
This is an excellent ratchet set. I love the extreme low drag on the ratchet even though this comes with a spinner. Top quality in these tools.
