Took out of the box and cut up a whole ham. Of course had to quarter it first, as the machine isn't that big. However, ham was thawed and as long as you take your time, the slicer does a Marvelous job of cutting nice even slices. Clean was a breeze and took a little time. Only minor issues, is where the meat is held on the slider, it is kind of small, so couldn't use the clear plastic piece to put pressure on the meat as it was sliced, but did us my hand until I could put the plastic piece back on. It is noisy, but the trade off is worth the price.

Great product for home use. It is perfect for small task like slicing deli meat, cheese and bread. With bread the serrated blade did not crumble or smash the bread. Perfect uniform slicing.

I have not used this cutting machine yet but it really looks great

Used on homemade bread only since recently purchased. It slices it perfectly. Only thing I can think to say that I didn't like is it didn't come with a tool or device to use on the lock to lock and unlock the blade. The slot in the lock is a good size but had trouble finding something to fit in it to turn it. Used a butter knife first and that caused the slot to bend out a little which made a couple small slivers of metal that I had to remove. We found a pie spatula that the end of the handle worked. I included a pic with an arrow pointing to what the slot lock thing is I am writing about. Also the instructions were vague and tiny print. I am looking forward to using this slicer for a long time 😊.

I got this so that we could buy whole or half pork loins and cut them into porkchops ourselves to save money. We've only used it once so far. My daughter was nervous using it because the blades are very sharp. About half of the porkchops were uniformly cut. The other half were not. Some were very thick and some were very thin. When we cook them in the crockpot no-one will know they were not evenly cut. The machine is well built. The suction wasn't very good on our old sink. Once we figured out how to remove the blade, it was very easy to clean. I would recommend this product.

Bought to replace an old model that gave up its life after years of use. Although I would prefer a dial for adjusting the lever works fine.As far as how it works so fare it is good. My husband purchased a commercial for home use model that wouldn’t even cut bread. I do a lot of slicing from bread to vegetables to meat. So fare it is great. Does all I ask it to. My old one lasted 10 years. Hope to get as much out of the new one.

Compact design but motor is not powerful. It gets the job done so I’ll keep it as I I’m sure almost all other comparable products have similar specs and motor power. Cleaning the blade and attachments is easy but other parts are not. Literally have to take the entire unit under the sink to clean properly.
