The Sport version is the best. You must have it an hour before the gym and the pump keeps you going for 3 -4 hours.

Clean Energy
What I like in C4 ripped is that energy release is very clean and steady, no jitters and palpatations.What I dont like is that it does not naturally help in burning fat directly so name of product is kind of misleading.But overall its a great preworkout supplement that gives very clean hit of energy
