SO GOOD! I have tried to made khao soi from scratch maybe 10 times since I've been home from Thailand, including using recipes from Thai chefs I met while living there and nothing works. I don't know if it's because the ingredients are different or because I just lack all culinary skill. I am going to keep trying making it from scratch, but in the mean time, this package of deliciousness will hold me and my Thai husband over.

Delicious! Tastes just like the Kao Soi I had in Chaing Mai, Thailand years ago. Arrived much faster than the original delivery expected date. I will definitely order this again!

This stuff works fine but you can get these packs at most Asian grocery stores for less than half of the cost so it's hard to justify. If you have no other option then maybe.

Love this product. Fabulous flavor with just the right kick. Make the curry often with rice or spaghetti squash.

I haven't been to Thailand, but good food is good food, and this spice mix is absolutely delicious! You can have a quick, scrumptious Thai meal in just a few minutes. I can't wait to impress friends and family!

I lived in Thailand for over 3 years, and have tried a number of times to replicate Chiang Man Noodle soup (or kao soi). This is the closest I am likely to come without returning to northern Thailand!
