Very light weight, and easy to carry around. Husband was tired of the gas ones and wishes he would have changed to electric a long time ago

I have used it a couple of times and it does a good job for what I need, easy to handle and store

I learned a valuable lesson with this purchase. I missed the "Renewed" in the product headline. I was focused on looking for a NEW unit. The condition said New. When I got the machine there was a sticker on the manual that said it had been "Factory Reconditioned" and as a result there is only a 1 year warranty.Unfortunately, I didn't see this until after the unit had been used. It had to be reset 3 times during the course of using it. I am now wondering if that is a defect that wasn't "reconditioned" enough.Because this unit came from a reseller and NOT Amazon directly, I cannot return it in the usual Amazon easy fashion.I feel duped, and I can only hope that the unit holds up alright. I paid what full retail would have been at a big box store for a NEW unit.

This thing is this absolute worst pressure washer I’ve ever used. Absolutely don’t waste your money. I used this 4 or 5 times in 2 years of owning it and it already doesn’t work. Won’t create any pressure just constantly turns off. Has always been stored in a garage. Also, was super unimpressed from day 1. Hardly can wash a car. A hose nozzle for $15 does a better job than this thing does. Couldn’t wash a car, small kitchen rugs or vinyl siding. The only 3 things I needed it for which it states it can handle. It can only handle any job with prep work. And if you want to waste your time and do a bad job. I will be sticking to gas pressure washers.

Purchased at Home Depot had to return all 3 due to defects. Home Depot mgr very helpful but Ryobi couldn’t give a damn about the experience.Stay away!!! Terrible product, terrible customer service on hold waiting for a representative for 1 hr and 50 min before being cut off by closing time.When I finally got thru they had no interest in trying to make up for all the inconvenience.
