Awesome toner
I purchased medium brown 5C to get rid of the orange in my diy highlights. I have dark brown Asian straight hair. I would say this medium brown is on the darker side. I did 45 minutes applied on stubborn roots only, added more onto shaft for 20 minutes, and combed through to ends for 5 minutes. Came out perfect. I should have done less time on shaft because it is a little darker than expected, but still looks good. I had been using permanent color for a long time but hate the root demarcation so after reading an article on Demi-permanent allowing the color to fade instead of the harsh line, I’m trying this for awhile to see how I like it.

Doesn't last long
Accurate colour and it smells beautiful but it does not last 28 shampoos, it starts to fade after about 5 shampoos!

Doesn't Cover Greys!
Thought I'd try this, ordered 2 but have only used 1. Left in for 30 mins and did not cover greys. Will not buy again
