My old heating pad stopped working and I wanted one as close to that has possible as I loved the brand. This is actually bigger than the other one and is very useful for my bad back. I have trouble sleeping and need the heat to help. I like the automatic shut off feature in case I fall asleep with it going. I highly recommend this brand as you it is lasts a long time based on how long I had my other one. As for the seller, Product arrived well packaged and when expected. I find the various heat levels very helpful but usually only us level 1 or 2.

I recently hurt my lower back overdoing something and my old heating pad was not cutting it. I ordered this one because the size was perfect and it had a soft cover.I didn't want one of the big ones that would heat up too much of my back and just make me hot so I settled on this size. It's perfect. Covers just the lower half of my back. Also wanted a soft material in case it ended up in direct contact with my skin.The 4 heat settings are great. I start off on high and then lower it as needed. It also has a safety feature that shuts it down after awhile in case I fall asleep. Overall, it works perfectly, is the right size, and has a soft cover. Added bonus is a long cord so I can plug it into an outlet and use it laying on the sofa.It's everything I was looking for.

This heating pad is very flexible and soft, has a generous 9 foot cord length and the best part is it has a perfect warm setting. The cord is detachable and you can roll this up for storage. It is also handy if you like a moist heating pad as it can be sprayed with water. I would buy it again. It’s perfect for what I wanted, the size is easier to deal with than the large long pads. It heats up very fast and can get quite hot on the high setting.

I purchased this to use post hysterectomy. I like how long the power cable is and that it disconnects from the heating pad. It is a good size for the price. While it has 4 heat settings, the lower 2 settings are nearly useless. It would be better if the highest setting were a little hotter which is why I give it 4 stars. I like that it has an automatic shut off so you can go to sleep without worry.

UPDATE: I decided to contact Sunbeam through Amazon after this heating pad completely failed after less than 7 months. (Actually, I've bought at least 8 or 9 Sunbeam heating pads in recent years through Amazon or in stores, and all failed in months, but I never filed a complaint.) So this time, I contacted Sunbeam about this heating pad because I'm tired of wasting my money. They sent me a list of information they needed such as model number, proof of purchase, code number from the electric prong (which is illegible for normally sighted people, no less someone with low vision like me, but I got it with a 10x magnifier, and they also wanted a photo of the pad. After sending them the information, a day or two went by without a response from them. I threw away the nonfunctional heating pad. Then a day or two after that, they replied with a whole list of MORE pictures and information they needed, as well as asking me for the same information all over again! It was all ridiculous! I had already given them the model number, but they wanted me to write it on a piece of paper, and take a picture of it on the heating pad! WHY?? They already had the picture I sent of the heating pad, and they already had the model number I gave them! Then they wanted me to take a "clear" picture of the code on the inside of the electrical prong, which is impossible even for a fully sighted person. The code is silver on a silver prong and is on the inside of the prong! I reminded them I had already given them a picture of the heating pad, the model number, the code number, and proof of purchase from Amazon. I told them I had thrown the broken heating pad away, and then after all that back and forth and making me jump through hoops, they informed me there would be no refund or replacement unless I could ship the broken heating pad back to them! Note: This is Sunbeam customer service, not Amazon. They should call themselves Sunbeam Customer No-Service, and obviously I will never buy another thing from them. Also obvious they don't care, otherwise they wouldn't treat faithful customers this way.Very disappointed in Sunbeam heating pads. Apparently they are now made to fail within a short period of time. The quality has gone far downhill. I've bought many of their heating pads over the years, and most recently have had this same issue of them not working very long. I only got this one because of the large size for my bad back. Bought it in July last year. Didn't start using it until September due to a health issue. Now it's only seven months later, and it no longer works. I expect a heating pad at this price to work much longer than that. From what I'm reading, it's useless to contact customer service. I will just look for a different brand with good reviews. Shame on you, Sunbeam. This is a ripoff.

It has shut off but the fur part falls off all the time but works great doesn't burn your skin. It can get too hot sometimes love the setting

Perfect size, and reliable. The older one I have is about 3 years old, and the other a year old. Both are used regularly, and do a great job. They both turn off per their programming (knock off brands will say they turn off after 60 minutes, but actually stay on until unplugged)

Glad I bought two. The right size, it doesn't get all messed up like the bigger sized ones did. Heat is even and it shuts off automatically.
