Poor packaging
I have been using this product for years, it is a great product. But the company that sold it, Onkata is not so good. First I recieved it a day later than promised. when I opened the box, the product container was broken and its contents leaked all over the box. The spout is broken off, so it is impossible to dispense.This is not shipping damage, this is packing damage. The bottle itself is taller than the box interior. They broke the spout off to make it fit in the box!! Too stupid for words. Absolutely unacceptable. I want it replaced.I do wish ZERO Stars was a rating option. Because this exchange deserves zero stars.
