Excellent item and worth buying

I've been using mine since May 2021 constantly. It is now almost 2025. I have had no issues with this soldering station at all. I race RC cars and I solder wiring and connections all the time. I even solder stuff up for my fellow racers. The heat gun is outstanding for getting quick heat on shrink wrap. The system heats up really fast and has a really cool standby feature that knows when you pick up the soldering iron or heat gun and immediately goes from the standby temperature to the use temperature. This was a great investment into my hobby!

Great little soldering station, have had no problems with it at all. My only complaint if I had any are the cords for both soldering iron and heat gun are a bit short, pretty stiff and not removable.. other than that it heats up fast, has programmable presets and seems well built

I purchased this because I work a lot on building circuitboards and things like that for my christmas lights. I have a lot to do this year and needed a new station to do it. I gave my old one away to a friend as he wanted one and I planned on an upgrade. This is a great upgrade. I wanted a heat gun attached to it because I use solder n seal connectors often as well as sometimes I will just butt solder and use heat shrink. Anyways, my old one had a dial and it was hard to get a dial as accurate as the digital ones. This heats up about as fast as my old station. The heat gun is also useful for rework and I've had to use that a few times so far. Getting my solder lines where I want them sometimes has been a pain. Not because of this, but mostly poor planning I'm working on it though. Anyways at some point I intend to make more circuit board prototypes and selling them for the lighting community after I have it nailed down. It's pretty impressive. I would definitely recommend this because the heatgun has been incredibly useful and the station is fast and efficient for my uses. It may be overkill if you don't use soldering stations often, but if you find yourself soldering often this definitely will be way better than a pen and way better than a regular station.

It is a perfectly usable soldering station. I knew when buying it, that calibration & speed to heat were going to be off.That said, it works. I've already repaired a POE switch, SM power supply, and removed countless smd's &IC's.

It worked great then started showing an error on the display but would work after restarting. then the error code wouldnt go away and now the solder iron is useless. generic manufacture process with poor quality control

I bought this in 2022 and it did very well until yesterday. The black plastic piece that holds the tip in place and screws to the blue main soldering iron handle broke. The soldering iron cannot be used safely and the piece cannot be glued because of the heat. Careful how much pressure you put on the soldering iron, the plastic gets brittle over the years.
