Not sure if mine is just defective, but sadly I bought it so long ago that I don't even want to attempt to get it replaced. I did not end up using it just after buying it, as I had started a new job and had no cause to use it for many months. I have finally begun using it very regularly and the rear bit-holder does not hold the other head in it once you begin punching with this tool. After as low as 1 punch, the rear holder immediately beings to loosen, and the other head starts to poke up, pressing into your hand, or simply falling to the ground. Very disappointed with this tool because of this one small thing. Buyer beware.

Works like it should. Only complaint is I thought the punch down tips were made out of pretty soft metal and got damaged easily.
