Lovely texture
The flour was lovely and fine and the texture was great. As I can't eat wheat, I thought I would try as I wanted to make bread. It does make lovely bread, but sesame flour seems to have rather a bitter flavour and you don't want to overdo the bicarbonate of soda, so I needed to add honey to sweeten it and eggs to help it rise. I used the last of it to make a chocolate mayonnaise cake and added chia seeds as the last mayo cake crumbled and fell apart. The texture was absolutely fabulous with the added chia seeds, and the good-quality cacao plus sugar (xylitol) improved the flavour - it was really delicious. So, yes I would use again, but with added flavour, unless you like a slightly bitter taste. However, sesame seeds are really nutritious, so I used the bread for a quick breakfast as a good, nutritional start to the day.

Good but….
The powder itself is fine the packaging on the other hand was atrocious! The top was sealed so tight I couldn’t pull it apart, had to cut it and find alternate storage. Second time this has happened with a Grapoila product.

Sesame seedflour as a wheat flour replacement.
Trying it out as a wheat replacement. Has a lovely taste. V good for batter on meat but especially on fish.
