Worth every penny!! Before every step I took was painful and had been for almost a year. I knew I ad to see a podiatrist eventually because I couldn't go for walks anymore and it was painful in what ever shoes I wore. I wanted to try these first so I bought them. Why didn't I buy these a year ago? It was immediately better and then within a few months the pain was FULLY GONE. I have since put them in every single one of my shoes and have been completely pain free for almost a year now. From now on every time I buy a new pair of shoes I am purchasing these and putting them in right away.

I purchase a pair of these insoles. At first there seemed to be double the discomfort as I needed to break them in. After a couple weeks, I got used to them and the discomfort dissipated. I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: I sue this item in every pair of shoes I own, at all times. In fact when I wear out a set of these it usually signals me to toss out the shoes also and start with another pair of shoes and another set of these inserts at the same time. I even have a set of these inside my slippers I wear around the house every day. I have bad knees, to the point where I now have both knees replaced. Because I'm only 65 years old and healthy, I am also very active. At least I want to be, and these inserts have saved the day for me. I have been wearing these for about 15 years now. Once I tried the first set, I never stopped wearing them since. I also bad a bad bout of Plantar Fasciitis which took about 2 months to recover from. This was before my knee replacements and I assume I was walking incorrectly to avoid pain on my knee joints causing this to flair up. It was around this time I discovered these inserts. They not only helped clear that ailment up, but have provided knee relief, and continued to allow me to be free from Plantar Fasciitis every since. I Highly Recommend. Good Luck.

I've only used them for a couple of days, but I experienced immediate pain relief. As a result I ordered more for my other work shoes as well.
