Q: How or whom would I contact about a marker being dried out do to the cap not fitting correctly? Just received these markers on July 3rd,23.

Q: Are these watercolor?

They are alcohol based. They have a certain blendability to them, but nowhere what you get from watercolor. I thought I would love them, but I ended up only using them two three times, and coloring is one of my favorite pastimes. For me, the tips of these is too big, and they tend to bleed something fierce, especially on low quality paper like so many coloring books are printed with. Also, my carrying case came severely ripped upon delivery. So bad that with its zipper completely zipped, markers fall out of it if you move it or pick it up.

Q: Are these refillable?

No. You could probably make some ink, but the nibs wear out by the time they are empty.

It does not have where it’s made from on the bag or markers.
