The soft density really helped my wife gain access to foam rolling. She couldn't use the harder ones, which meant she couldn't do any foam rolling before she got this one. She also really enjoyed the length of this one as you can lay it along your spine in a stretch that opens up your chest which is very useful for posture problems.

This roller is a little expensive, but it’s well worth it due to its soft and pliable nature. I used it to massage the front of my legs after hip surgery. It worked really well and was not overly painful due to the pliability. I recommend it.

I have been trying many rollers lately, and they are all hard and hurtful on my back. This one has the perfect softness, and durability. It is plenty sturdy, and snaps back to shape after use. It is not too soft as that would be too spongy and not supportive. Most all of these reviews have indicated exactly how the roller performs. It is perfect.

Like OTPT foam roller. Less painfull than others

It has a right amount of sturdiness for a beginner i.e not too hard, not too soft. I use it mainly for lower back pain and it works very well.
