Franklin Brass C21349K-NP-C Soft-Close Cabinet Door Damper, Nickel Plated, Pack of 5

I am trying to refurbish my old country style kitchen that had awful pin hinges that were completely manual to close, changed the hinges over that worked to close the door, but were a snap hinge as that was the only kind that worked due to the frame. Bought these to try and they are perfect, close gradually and slowly, and bought more to complete the kitchen

All came in package, two had an issue with the the small rod wasn't fully extended, removing the back screw and pulling the rod back manually fixed the issue. Removed slamming of cabinets doors and any sound from them.

These worked perfectly and no more banging doors. Easy fit and hardly noticeable when fitted.

These wouldn’t work as cupboards to light and wouldn’t push the device in, I’m sure given the right cupboards these are great but the cost is high for what is essentially plastic and didn’t work for me , I sent back for refund

Bought one pack of 5 to see if they were any good. They are brilliant, and super easy to use. You only need a drill with thin drill bit and a Philips screwdriver. One screw per dampener. It took me 10mins to attach all 5, AMAZING.....so I immediately ordered another pack. If I can put them in successfully, anyone can 😅

These door dampers are not as described. The body of them is not made out of metal. It is made of plastic with a shiny surface. They are lightweight. My packet of 5 dampers was split open and had 5 screws missing.

Very easy to install, only took few minutes to fix. Happy with the damping effect when doors closed. I will order more.

Despite saying 5 items per package there were only 2 inside as per photo. Not great!!
