jmbamboo- ZZ Plant - Zamioculcas Zamiifolia - 4'' Pot

zz’s are some of the most forgiving plants around so if you’re new to having houseplants i can’t recommend them enough. i ordered from this seller in 2020 so mine is coming up on 4 years old and she’s thriving! i’ve had to repot a few times and i’m going to again soon because she keeps growing :) they’er also so easy to propagate, a great starter plant for newbies or for long time plant lovers!

Who knew you could order live plants on Amazon? I didn’t. But I read an article on indoor houseplants that didn’t require a lot of light, and the ZZ Plant looked pretty good, so I ordered one. In the middle of winter. In Vermont. It came decently packaged and alive. I let it come to room temperature and then watered it. The next day I replanted it in a pot I had. After a week it still looks healthy. Hope it continues to grow.The shipping time was reasonable and as I said, it arrived in good condition. If I decide to buy any more plants from Amazon, I’ll definitely keep jmbamboo in mind. The description was accurate for what I received.

The picture in the green pot is right after removing it from the packaging. The picture in the white pot was the very next day. I’ve never ordered plants in the mail before and was genuinely impressed with how good the packaging was. The plant was slightly smaller than I imagined it would be, but I’m ok with it. It will grow.I’d also like to mention that the packaging was carefully thought out. It was packaged in such a way that prevented damage do the leaves, kept the soil in the pot, and made sure it arrived in perfect condition.I truly can’t be happier with how good this seller was, I’ve already ordered more plants from them and can’t wait until they arrive.

I wasn't sure what to expect but plant arrived in great, healthy condition with nice packaging. It was well wrapped and survived being set upside down in my mailbox. This plant is about 6-8" tall and has "babies" sprouting on it. Plant looks very healthy. It is a little big for the pot it is in and I will transplant to a larger pot tomorrow. It would make a perfect office/desk gift or for someone in a dorm room or maybe a studio apartment. Too small to be a substantial gift otherwise. I ordered two different plants from this seller and both came in the same healthy, well wrapped condition. I will buy from them again. Now let's just hope I can keep them alive!

I'm always on the look-out for easy to grow plants. My daughter had one that she thought had died, and she had just let it sit there for about 3 YEARS. She kept it because it looked like a cactus and was green. She decided to see if she could get it to grow and she watered it. THE "DEAD PLANT" RESPONDED AND STARTED SENDING UP NEW LEAVES -- AFTER 3 YEARS WITHOUT BEING WATERED! I KNEW that THIS had to be the plant for me so I ordered one from Amazon. BEST PLANT I'VE EVER HAD -- IT IS LIKE THE ENERGIZER BUNNY! With no great or particular care it just GROWS AND DOES NOT MIND BEING NEGLECTED. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I love my ZZ plant! His name is EaZZy E the ZZ lol! Super easy plant and he's getting a new stem already! Just water when dry and leave it alone! 1st photo is the day I got it 6/24, 2nd photo is today 8/6 and 3rd photo is a close up of the new growth 8/6. If your soil isn't dry like the 3rd photo it doesn't need water yet lol mine is well fertilized with Rabbit Poop (fresh from the rabbits litter box mixed into the soil), and I feed it every 2 weeks with plant food now that its summer. I will also be top dressing with worm castings after the summer. Great purchase!

I’ve now bought three of these little zz plants for my apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with them. They’ve arrived healthy and started growing as soon as I unpack them. The first picture is one I bought a year ago. It sits in a dark bedroom, the blinds of which I forget to open most days, but it has about twice as many stems as I started with and is quite a bit taller overall. The second picture is my brand-new plant; as you can see, it arrives a bit crooked from shipping but, if the other two are any indication, straightens up and starts growing quickly. Very nice, sturdy, and healthy little plants.

I love my little zz plant, it looks great and has easy care. This plant did come with issues though. When I opened the package I found a real sizable spider in it and freaked out. Got rid of that and later upon inspection of the leaves saw that the plant also has spider mites leaving sacks and eating at the leaves. I’ve been treating it with neem oil as one should but I’ve had better plant luck using Etsy. I always get healthy happy plants from there.
